RECORD SALES AGREED IN APRIL
We have had an incredible April with the market really waking up as the weather improves. We are seeing more and more people registering with us looking for either homes that they can move into, or holiday homes they can use for this summer and let out as well.
One of our new developments called Seascape, a development of 10 apartments and 2 houses with great sea views, which is due to be complete at the beginning of 2016 has seen great interest and even though it has only been on the market for 6 weeks we are nearly sold out. This goes to show that quality finishes with sea views and walking distance to the beach really has pulling power. Buyers made specific journeys down to make sure they did not lose out on reserving their favourite unit.Click on image for more details.
Another new development pictured right, the first phase is due to be complete this summer is causing quite a stir because of its panoramic sea views and only yards to a sandy beach is Portwrinkle. This luxury development is located on the south coast of Cornwall in a unknown romantic cove. Click on image for more details.
As Spring gets going we are seeing some lovely properties coming to the market from converted manor houses to purpose built sea view apartments and sweet cottages. The property pictured at the beginning of this blog has a 52 ft Drawing Room and is near the coastal village of Portreath. The picture alongside here is a beautiful refurbished period cottage near St Ives which is immaculate and a very successful holiday let. Click on image for more information.
If you are thinking of selling or buying please give us a call as the market is really showing signs of improvement and, dare I say it, increasing prices for prime properties.
Watch out for our May Property List which will be published later this week featuring all our new properties.
