Treth House is a contemporary single storey timber property. Accessed from the side, you enter a hallway with a walk-in cupboard housing the gas combi boiler together with a second double cupboard. The large triple aspect Living Room/Kitchen has two double floor-to-ceiling sea facing French windows giving access to the sun deck. The kitchen is fully fitted with AEG appliances, contemporary wall and floor units with oak work surfaces and 1.5 bowl ceramic sink.
The Master Bedroom has double French doors onto the side terrace with views over the wooded valley. It has a dressing area and ensuite shower room. There is a further double bedroom with a built in wardrobe and separate family bathroom.
Treth House is approached via a private drive to the parking area with space for two cars in front of the house. There are decked terraces to two sides of the property with views over the valley towards the ocean, perfect for alfresco dining. The deck and outside of the house have remote controlled LED lighting.
A few minutes’ walk from Treth House finds you on the sandy beach of Trevaunance Cove which is popular with surfers and families alike. The Coastal Footpath is practically on your doorstep and offers some of the most stunning walks in this part of Cornwall. Just a short walk away is Breakers, the cafe on the beach which is great for snacks and also affords lovely views of the Atlantic. Also close by is the award-winning Driftwood Spars pub that offers local ales and a roaring fire in winter, and Schooners on the beach which serves fine seafood. When you don’t want to cook there is a selection of good restaurants and bistros in St Agnes village about 15 mins walk away. The village also has mini-markets, greengrocers, pharmacy and a choice of other local shops.
From the A30 at Chiverton Cross roundabout take the B3277 signed towards St Agnes. At the mini roundabout as you enter St Agnes turn right onto Vicarage Road and continue straight through the village past the church and down the hill to a mini roundabout. Turn left at the roundabout signed to the beach and Trevaunance Cove and at the Driftwood Spars turn left onto Rocky Lane. Immediately after a tight right bend turn left into the private road which leads to the property. Treth House is the first house you come to.
