33 Hillside is a 3 bedroom detached house in a small luxury resort of holiday homes that lie in a secluded and attractive cove on the coast of the romantic South East of Cornwall.
This holiday home is one of the best kept and furnished at The Bay and perfect for those beachside holidays. The living room on the upper floor, with its vaulted ceiling, opens outs onto a large south-facing balcony. From the panoramic windows/doors and full width glass balconies far reaching views to the countryside beyond are enjoyed. Steps lead up to the very spacious Kitchen/Breakfast room with glazed doors leading out to a large sun terrace which in turn leads onto the communal gardens. There are 3 double bedrooms on the ground floor, 2 masters with en-suites and a further family bathroom. There is also a utility cupboard with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Internally the high specification integrated modern kitchen has quality Neff appliances and the overall finish, together with the stylish bathrooms, gives that ’boutique hotel’ feel. Engineered Oak flooring in the living areas and neutral carpets in the bedrooms complement the soft white dcor.
There is a secluded decked terrace that surrounds 3 sides of the property on the ground floor, a great place for sunbathing.
The house has use of a wealth of facilities and services. The on-site Health Club is exclusively for the use of homeowners and features an indoor swimming pool, steam room, and gym. There are landscaped communal gardens with lighting, all within the electronically operated entrance gates.
Its construction combines modern and traditional building methods and it benefits from the remaining 10 year NHBC. The property allows year round occupancy as holiday homes although they may not be used as a principal residence.
An onsite comprehensive letting and management service is available for those who would like to let out their holiday home.
