Situation
At low tide there is a small beach below the property but Shaldon Beach is at the end of the road. Shaldon is situated on the South Devon coast across the Teign estuary and opposite the town of Teignmouth. An unspoilt village with a thriving community, it has a great range of local shop restaurants, pubs and facilities. It is also possible to travel to Teignmouth on the oldest passenger ferry in England.

Directions
Follow the A380 sign posted Torquay, get in left lane signposted Newton Abbot, take the 1st exit at round about onto Shaldon Rd, continue on this road into Shaldon bear left signposted Teignmouth and just before the bridge turn right onto Riverside. Take the first sharp left and follow the road round and you will find Dolphins on your left hand side.
