Eddystone Beach Cafe, Whitsand Bay, Cornwall

Surf School and Boat Shed: Beside the cafe is the Adventure Bay Surf School (informally let at 6,000 pa) providing the sale and rental of beach craft, clothing, surf lessons and coasteering. The Boat Shed currently accommodates 2 toilets, and storage for the Surf School in addition to the Cafe kitchen. There is an RNLI boathouse, which is also partially leased to the Whitsand Bay Surf Lifesaving Club.

Outside: Adjacent to the road at the clifftop and owned by the property (freehold) is parking for approximately 3 cars. In addition, there is vehicular access and parking for one car to a point approximately half way down the cliff which is exclusive to the property where there is an electric hydraulic winch for the purpose of transporting luggage and supplies to and from the property, this is held on a long lease.

From Plymouth continue on the A38 heading west until the roundabout at Trerulefoot where you take the 1st exit onto the A374 for approximately 4 miles until a right turn onto the B3247. Proceed along this road for almost a mile and at the roundabout take the 1st exit continuing on the B3247, after approximately 1.8miles turn right and continue along this road for about 2 miles until a right turn along which you will find the parking on the right hand side. It is then a walk down the cliff path to the property.
