Set in a quiet wooded valley in the heart of Stonerush Lakes, this contemporary 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom lodge sits among the tree tops and overlooks a pretty babbling stream.
No. 3 is located down one of the small valleys in Stonerush Lakes in an idyllic peaceful setting, but only a stone’s throw from the converted Mill. This contemporary lodge has been designed with the holiday maker in mind, vaulted ceilings and ceiling to floor windows to allow in lots of light, open plan living room for family get togethers and large decking area for outside entertaining. The living room has French Doors that lead out onto the decking with the hot tub discretely hidden round the corner. High quality fixtures and fittings have been used throughout, such as natural unstained cedar cladding, sheepskin wool insulation, oak plank floors, wool carpets, oak doors, stainless steel kitchen appliances, oak block work tops and ceramic sinks.
In the grounds of this beautiful country retreat there is a Mill building which has been tastefully converted into an exclusive club house with a relaxing reception area with leather sofas and a wood burner. It also houses a small bistro where you can eat delicious locally sourced food.
A hot tub and full furniture pack is included in the price of the lodge, making this an ideal investment package ready for letting.
