Close by is the delightful Lydford Gorge with its famous waterfall together with the Granite Way, which runs close by. The towns of Okehampton and Tavistock are within easy travelling distance, with an excellent range of shops and services. There is easy access to the north and south coasts of Devon and Cornwall with their attractive beaches and delightful coastal scenery.

Directions
From the A30 at Sourton Cross Okehampton, take the direction to Tavistock A386. At Downton turn right to Lydford. At the memorial turn right and continue taking the left fork after a few hundred yards. Take the next left turning into Raddon Farm and down this lane take the first left down a track and Swallow Barn is on the left.
