Stonerush Lakes sits at the end of a lane and is a secluded retreat within a hidden valley centred round The Old Mill and its mill pond. Originally established as a corn mill, today the Mill building has been converted into a haven and refuge in the manner of an old hunting lodge. It is a place in which to relax into a sumptuous leather sofa by a roaring log fire and enjoy a stolen moment of peace.
Even though it is in the heart of the countryside, Stonerush Lakes is only a short drive to the sandy beaches of Talland Bay and Looe and to the pretty Cornish villages of Fowey and Polperro. In addition Bodmin Moor is right on the door step with its rugged and fascinating landscapes.
The lodge is sold with a 117 year licence agreement. It is restricted for holiday use only and can be used as a second home or holiday home investment for 12 months, but cannot become your primary residence.
Mains electricity, mains water, LPG gas central heating, private drainage.
