In this beautiful part of Devon boasting stunning scenery of rolling hills and valleys this sunny south facing detached 2 bedroom holiday use only cottage can be found in tucked away among winding lanes and cob cottages in a tranquil setting in the small un-spoilt hamlet of Woolley. Close to the coast in North Cornwall formerly a workshop barn and part of Tricks Farm it was converted by the current owners into a delightful holiday home with exposed beams, a feature fireplace, and wooden oak flooring.
On entering the cottage you are greeted by an attractive homely beamed kitchen/breakfast room with ample fitted units, a large range and central island all finished off with wooden worktops and brick flooring. This dual aspect room and exposed beams give this room a light and airy feel. The sitting room leads off the kitchen and is full of character with exposed beams and a fireplace with wood burner.
Upstairs there is a large landing which houses a single bed for overflow guests or study or play area for the children. There is a large double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a massive built in cupboard, a second large double bedroom and a family bathroom.
Outside there is an enclosed south facing front garden surrounded by wooden fencing and stone walling with a built in barbecue and decked terraced area. To the side of the cottage there is parking for 2 cars.
The joy of Tricks Cottage is its rural position but close proximity to the stunning North Cornwall coastline between Bude and Clovelly with country and woodland walks and the coastal foot path. Woolley boasts the finest example of a Neolithic long barrow in Cornwall, and is 3 miles from Kilkhampton which has a post office, 2 pubs, takeaway and shops.
